About the Founder
AI Automation Labs is led by Trey Gallagher. Trey spent more than 25 years as an enterprise architect, building and connecting systems across healthcare, retail, and SaaS, before betting on himself in 2024 to start AI Automation Labs.
He holds an Executive MBA and a Master’s in the Management of Technology from UTSA.
Before any of that, Trey served as a United States Marine, where he learned the discipline, accountability, and adapt-and-overcome mindset that still defines how he runs the company and leads his team.It’s not about perfection upfront—it’s about making real progress with every step.
