Meet the Founder
I’m Trey Gallagher. I’m a United States Marine and an enterprise architect, and for more than 25 years I’ve solved hard systems problems in healthcare, retail and SaaS. I was a Technical Solutions Architect and Enterprise Architect at CHRISTUS Health, the first certified enterprise architect on staff at H-E-B, Director of Enterprise Architecture and Innovation at InnovAge, and Director of Enterprise Architecture at Pluralsight.
When my son was born in 2023, I decided I didn’t want to go back to the corporate grind. I wanted to be there for the first steps and the first words. So in 2024 I started AI Automation Labs and bet on myself.
Today we help small businesses across the U.S., from medical and dental practices to law firms, funeral homes, home builders and car washes, put AI and automation into how they actually operate. You get enterprise-grade thinking without the enterprise price tag or the jargon, and you work with me directly.
